SECOND, Please keep our relationship professional. I am extremely approachable and want to help you as best I can. However, I have to enforce certain boundaries or things become too cumbersome to manage.

Have realistic expectations of the Courses and the Clubs.  With Lifetime Access, you're in this for as long as you want to be.   I encourage you to let go of any preconceived ideas of what you will get out of the Club because it will give you exactly what you need when you need it. 

Be mindful of my time. I do not offer 1-1 mentoring in the Course but I do have options for you to invest in this as needed.

This is what I do offer: In the Facebook Community, I will always answer all questions posted in the Group.  In addition, you can receive my 1-1 time in these Lives for at least 10 minutes if you go in the HOTSEAT.

Finally, I am regularly inside the group offering guidance, but this is an added extra as it's really for peer support, so please treat it that way. Please don't tag or bump me.  Just put your question on the post for the upcoming Facebook Live. Please also note that I reserve weekends for myself and family.

If you bought a Course, Personal Service or Club using the Podia payment plan, you have to pay the whole lot. No exceptions, no matter the circumstances, so please don't ask because you won't receive a reply. This isn't optional, and I'll have my credit company pursue you if you default on your payment. In the name of fairness, I exchange my knowledge, wisdom and experience for your monetary investment. As soon as you join the club, you get access to content worth way more than you'll ever pay for.

Refunds on Courses, Clubs and Trainings are not offered, so please don't ask as you won't receive a reply. When you invest in those and join the Ongoing Club, you know what you are buying into as I am extremely clear with what's involved, including the unique Program content; EXTENSIVE live element of the Course Clubs with personal hottest time with me and help from community members; and the upfront value you receive as soon as you join.  

Also, there's no reason to quit.  You can complete the modules at your own pace and join future Course STARTS to get the weekly Course live time with me in the Club.  I have your BACK at all times.
