To live in and as Aloha, Experiencing the fullness of Aloha, we need to be empty.
Does that sound paradoxical to you?
Is it possible that The Emptier We Become the Fuller We’ll Be?
Pang Chu-shih, a 9th Century Chan (Zen) Master says:
"Old Pang requires nothing in the world: all is empty with him, even a seat has he not, for absolute Emptiness reigns in his household; how empty indeed it is with no treasures!
When the sun is risen, he walks through Emptiness, when the sun sets, he sleeps in Emptiness; sitting in Emptiness he sings his empty songs, and his empty songs reverberate through Emptiness.
His empty songs reverberate through Emptiness."
The Emptier we are the Fuller we’ll Be.
The Emptier we are the more inspiring and transforming our thoughts, words, gestures, looks, and actions are for us as individuals, our family, our friends, everyone we meet and all of creation.
Empty of beliefs; empty of childhood conditionings, family conditionings; empty of self-doubts and fears; empty of societal and peer conditionings; empty of all duality; empty of everything that is not our pure love, peace, bliss and God-Self.

Ways we can empty ourselves of all that is not our pure soul essence so we are able to embody the fulness of our Light, Love and Unique Gifts We All Have for Humanity from our families to our communities and beyond include:
- Self-reflection.
- Meditation of which there are many forms to suit our many personalities.
- Mindful movements like yoga, sacred dance, qigiong, t’ai chi and Aikido.
- Being in nature.
- Sungazing.
- Eating foods that energize and sustain the electrical light beings we are freeing up digestive energies that keep us locked in repetitive loops of fullness and dullnes.
- Singing and chanting.
- Creative drawing and writing from our hearts.
- Communicating with love as we talk and listen.
- Exercising and other such life enhancing, life sustaining activities.
- Living a life filled with virtues.
- Keeping company with those who inspire and uplift us and those Beings who’ve already completely emptied themselves like Pang Chu-shih.
The beauty and miraculous magic of all these ways we can empty ourselves is that they simultaneously fill us with more and more of the Peace, Love and Bliss we ARE.
If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting before, my name is Timothy.
I’ve been empowering people of all ages to achieve their full potential for over 40 years. To leap over some of life’s most difficult challenges with grace and ease. To Live Vibrant, Happy, Healthy Lives and connect ever deeper with their Spiritual Essence. To Empty and thereby fill themselves at the same time.
I facilitate these transformations USING FAIRY TALES, ANCIENT ARTS, SACRED SCIENCES (SPIRITUAL PRACTICES) AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN.
I’ve been blessed to write more Children’s stories than anyone currently alive! 86 to date, with many more coming.
As I’ve emptied myself more and more over the past 40 years using the methods I just mentioned, the more and more receptive I’ve become to new story ideas flowing in.
When I get an idea and then sit to create a storyline, many times I have no idea of where the story line is headed. My emptiness allows the fullness and richness of each story to unfold line by line, paragraph by paragraph, page by page. One time I even found myself writing a story backwards from the end to the beginning.
In recent years my emptiness has allowed more and more poetic rhyming to flow through.
Did you know studies show rhyming helps children learn the rhythm of words, develop inflection in their voices and hear the differences in the sounds . . . all of which furthers their reading development?

Control what our minds think as easily as we control the movement of our arms and legs.
Be calm in all situations, responding versus reacting.
Feel the harmony of the Universal flow guiding our actions.
See the Light of God on which the world is superimposed.
See God in each other.
Fall asleep quickly, deeply and peacefully.
Feel the energy of a thousand suns pulsating in our cells at will.
