6 Powerful, Easy Meditations & Their Health Benefits

That one joyful word, Aloha, carries the blessings of:

These qualities of Aloha are our true nature.  
 
Did you know, are you aware, that you can tangibly experience all these Aloha qualities 24/7?
 
You are hardwired with all that’s necessary to do that.  You just need to install and activate the necessary software.  And that’s ever so easy and free.  Not doing so, not fully using everything you come equipped with to achieve your full potential as a human being, is like watching movies with the intention of only viewing the first half . . . you never see the outcome . . . the fruit of the movie.
 
Did you know there’s nothing more I’d like to see than you and everyone in the world experiencing your ALOHA, Living Your Aloha, in every moment?

Based on what I’ve witnessed and experienced over the past 40 years of meditating daily (3-4 hours a day for 15 of those years), teaching others many various forms of meditation and reading many studies on meditation, there’s no easier nor more effective way of embodying all those blessings of ALOHA, experiencing them every moment, than meditating.

In yesterday’s blog LIVING YOUR TRUE NORMAL, I shared some of the incredible experiences we are hardwired to experience once we turn on the software of meditation.
 
Normal daily living is feeling every cell of your body vibrating with the energy of a thousand suns whenever you want.  
 
Normal daily living is:
  • having a quiet, focused mind.
  • seeing the life Source pulsating in everything your eyes behold.
  • hearing inner music more divine than anything we have created with instruments.
  • having loving relationships.
  • having everything you need and doing that, including work, which makes your heart sing.
 
Meditation is an adventurous voyage into your own sacred heart.
 
As if these experiences aren’t enough, here’s the physical, mental and emotional benefits millions of people around the world are enjoying simply from devoting some time each day to meditation.
 
Experiences documented by numerous studies.
 
Alpha brain waves, the brain waves associated with deep relaxation, increase in intensity and frequency. 
 
Perhaps this is why meditation has been shown to contribute to the development of life purpose and satisfaction which reduces depression, the psychological end product of the stress response.
 
Meditation has been shown to have a positive impact on muscle tension and the alleviation of pain.
 
Meditation is like an endless gift basket.  It brings about:

  • a reduction in artery wall thickening, 
  • a positive impact on distribution of blood flow, 
  • reduced heart rate and blood pressure, 
  • decreased respiratory rate and oxygen consumption, 
  • increased regularity and amplitude of -EEG activity, 
  • reduced blood lactate level (associated with anxiety) within the first ten minutes of meditation and other metabolic effects, along with 
  • the subjective experience of peace, relaxation, and contentment, and 
  • an increased responsiveness to stressful events with quicker recovery. 
 
While these effects are also characteristic of eyes-closed rest or sleep, most studies have found these effects to be greater in meditation.
 
Meditation modifies the depression of cellular immunity associated with stress.
 
Regular meditation has reduced plasma cholesterol and the number of cigarettes smoked.
 
Significantly more subjects in a relaxation group reported improved relationships, general health and enjoyment of life.
 
Meditation helps people observe and identify the characteristic thought patterns with which they respond to outer circumstances. Feelings from the past are often released. As these patterns are explored, people learn that it is possible to develop new ways of responding to outer 
circumstances.
 
Meditation has been shown to help reduce alcohol consumption and drug abuse.
 
On top of all these individualized benefits, every time you meditate the resulting vibrations of peace, love and bliss are flowing from your heart center out into the world, like the ripples generated by a stone tossed into a lake.
 
Just like there are many meditation benefits there are many ways to meditate.  
 
In yesterday’s blog we talked about the ease and benefit of gaining control over your thoughts by simply silently repeating any high vibrational word or mantra like God, Aloha, Buddha, Christ, Peace, or Love whenever you don’t have to focus your mind on a particular project.

Next is one of my favorites which you only need to do a few times to get the benefits forever, The Inner Smile Meditation.  Using this meditation and God’s Grace has resulted in my constant ongoing experience of joy and bliss bubbling in my lower abdomen and heart.  I need no outer stimulus to trigger instant bliss bubbling in every pore of my being.  Imagine that!
 
Third, the simple Nei Gung Meditation, which has yielded incredible gifts for me, can be done while going to sleep and is fully explained in the text of this blog and also in the video and text blog, “LET THE DRAGONS, FREQUENCIES & GOD’S GRACE FLOW!”.  Also there’s a guided version in the FREEBIE LINK HERE!  
Most of us walk every day in some way and in the blog text are suggestions for turning those walks into Meditations—whether that walk is from room to room or for several miles. 
 
Not only can you meditate while sitting and walking you can meditate while standing.  The Standing Meditation you’ll find at THIS BLOG TEXT is super easy and will have profound benefits on all aspects of your being.  Once you’ve practiced this for the initial 15 weeks, you can continue daily or as needed.  It’s that powerful and takes very little time!
