Sit in a comfortable position with your spine erect.
Scan your body from toes to head consciously releasing any excess tension you notice.
Let your toes stretch out . . . release any clinching.
Same with your teeth and jaw. Release any clinching.
Let your fingers stretch out . . . release any clinching and then lightly touch your thumbs and index fingers together. This will keep the Divine Energy circulating within your body. Rest your hands on your lap, palms up or down, whichever feels most comfortable.
Allow your forehead to soften.
Lightly place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. This too will keep the Divine Energy circulating within your body.
Imagine the crown of your head is gently lifting upward to meet and greet God’s Divine Light and Love.
Acknowledge and ask for the presence of any Masters, Archangels, Divine Teachers who bless your life to be with us now.
Invite loved ones to be with us now and receive the grace and benefits of this sacred time.
With the intent of clearing, resolving, and releasing anything and everything that no longer serves your highest potential in all ways, visualize a bright emerald- green star above your head.
See and feel it starting to glow brighter and brighter, as tiny rays of sparkling emerald-green light cascade down toward your crown.
Before reaching your physical body, they fill your entire soul essence with their miraculous healing vibrations.
They wash through your mental body, clearing it of all conscious and subconscious impressions that no longer serve you.
They flow through your emotional body, clearing it of all emotions lodged therein. Your emotional body is now free of all emotions, regardless of nature. Free of emotional habits and reactions once locked in and ready to sabotage the wonders of you.
Feel, see these sparkling rays now blissfully entering the top of your head. Showering you in emerald-green miracles. Emerald-green love. Beginning to wash away everything embedded in your physical being that no longer serves you.
Tensions. Patterns. Pain. Calcifications. Inflammation.
Visualize and feel this beautiful light flow through your brain, pineal gland, pituitary gland. Sparkling in your eyes, ears, nose, lips, teeth, gums, tongue.
