And you’re going to leave this episode, “FLAP, CLAP & SLAP YOUR WAY TO HEALTHY VIBRANCY & ECSTASY,” with every cell of your body humming on all cylinders, pulsating In and As Aloha.
I so love welcoming you with Aloha because it holds many meanings and blessings.
Living In and As Aloha we Recognize God in Everyone, in All Life, including ourselves.
May you tangibly experience, not just know as a possibility, may you tangibly see God in Everyone, in All Life, with each Divine Breath.
And speaking of Divine Breath that’s another attribute of Aloha . . . the Presence of Divine Breath.
Your every inhale and exhale are permeated with Divinity. May you take time throughout the day to pause and experience the Divinity flowing into you with each breath.
Perhaps imagine it as Divine Light, another blessed virtue of Aloha.
Aloha is Absolute True Love—pure, whole, beyond feelings.
You are Absolute True Love.
Aloha embodies Truth & Humbleness. Truth & Humbleness are the exact opposite of weakness. They infuse you with inner strength.
And in a few minutes, you’re going to learn a simple, playful, powerful practice you can use every day to infuse every pore of your being with inner strength like I’ve been doing for the past 25 plus years.
It’s the Slap part of Flap, Clap & Slap!
Its formal name is The Luohan Patting Method Of Yin Style Bagua and it also helps you become much more Aware in each moment, another quality of Aloha.
May your mind be so empty of all but peace that you are aware of what’s needed in each moment to live in the harmonious Grace and Blessings of Aloha.
Once again, notice the flow of your Divine Breath. Notice the Aloha you are experiencing NOW. The Love you are.
Treating yourself as well as your children and other family members to this playful Flapping, Clapping and Slapping, irrespective of your states of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, will yield immense blessings and protection for yourself, those around you and all life.
That’s why it’s been part of my morning routine for decades.
The Peace, Love and Bliss it generates are more powerful than you may ever imagine.
Paramahansa Yogananda says, that no matter what we do in life
“. . . the ultimate end—which all other ends merely subserve—is the avoidance of pain and want, and the attainment of permanent Bliss.”
He goes on to say, “Love gives joy. We love Love because it gives us such intoxicating happiness.” But “. . . love is not the ultimate; the ultimate is bliss. God is Sat-Chit-Ananda, ever-existing, ever-conscious, ever-new Bliss.
We, as souls, are individualized Sat-Chit-Ananda. ‘From Bliss we have come, in Bliss we live and have our being, and in that sacred Bliss we will one day melt again.’”
Yes, Beloved Friends and Family, we are bliss. Ever-new BLISS. Ever-existing BLISS. Ever-conscious BLISS.
In this BLISSFUL moment, bring your hands to your heart and sincerely honor yourself as I am honoring you right now for wherever you are in this adventurous process of reclaiming your TRUE Aliveness, your TRUE ALOHA.
Now, clap your hands. Clap, Clap, Clap. Clapping stimulates our happiness, joy and bliss.
Clapping your hands has miraculous benefits. It creates a burst of vibrational energy from the impact and sound which can cleanse negative energy. There are also secondary Chakras (energy points) in your palms which get activated when clapped together.
Clap, Clap, Clap. Smile, Smile, Smile. Keep clapping as you lift hands over your head. Stop clapping and join your hands together over your head in prayer fashion, fingers to the sky. Close your eyes a moment and feel the energy and light flowing in your body.
Your hands are now a beacon of light signaling the Divine Realms. This is a hidden ancient spiritual practice we’ll do again when we’re done Slapping our bodies from head to toes.

Before we start Flapping, Clapping and Slapping, let me tell you a little more about The Luohan Patting Method so you’ll have a full appreciation of the gift you’re about to give yourself.
It’s been proven over millennia to be an excellent Ancient Art & Sacred Science for treating illnesses, maintaining a superior state of health and strength in the body and maintaining vitality into old age.
It belongs to the Buddhist exercises within Yin Style Bagua, a system of personal cultivation that can be divided into three categories—martial arts, Qi cultivation and Chinese medicine."
The Luohan Patting Method includes aspects of all three but mostly the healing arts aspects as it involves strengthening the Four Cavities, the Four Gates, the Twelve Meridians, the Eight Extraordinary Meridians and the body in general.
It also helps to balance the left and right sides of our brains while breaking up physical, emotional and mental stagnation.
When I discovered this simple, easy to learn and do vitality practice, 77-year-old Dr. Xie Peiqi (See-eh, Pay Gi) was a third-generation direct lineage descendant and the only person who knew the complete system.
So this ancient and beneficial system to humanity would be continued beyond his life, he started training two people to continue the tradition many years prior.
As destiny would have it, both men were killed in separate accidents a year apart, leaving no time to train a successor.
Thankfully, an American studying with Dr. Pay Gi, was able to video record some of what he knew, including this Patting Method.
As I watched Dr. Pay Gi doing this in nothing but a loin cloth, I knew that if I were behind him, a dozen men trying to attack me wouldn’t be able to get by him.
In fact, on a PBS Special on Chinese Medicine I saw him in years earlier, without knowing who he was, showed 9 or 10 very strong men getting in a straight line like a battering ram and push together trying to knock him over.
Not only did he stand firm and motionless like a huge mountain against all this weight and strength, but he also then stuck out one finger and sent every one of them flying backward into the air.
At 77 years of age, his stocky body frame was solid and muscular. It was impervious to attack. He had also taken this Patting Method to its martial art pinnacle where one hits the body with an iron rod instead of the fingers and palms of the hands. The progression from hands to an iron rod includes hitting the body with closed fists and then a bamboo stick.
I’ve only used my hands and that’s what we’re about to practice. Depending on your body and the parts of your body you’re slapping as you follow along with me, you can use one or several finger pads, your palms flat or cupped, or even closed fists on less tender parts of your body.
Before Patting or Slapping, we’re going to begin with Flapping and Clapping. This comes from the Crane exercise in the Five Animal Frolics or the Eagle Exercise in my Power Animal Frolics for children where I dress up in Disney-Quality costumes so children can learn 7 Animal Frolics to enhance every aspect of their lives.
Now would also be a great time to invite your children or other family members to join us.
So, our flow is going to be Flap and Clap, followed by Slap and Clap. And once again, we’re going to learn the long form of the Patting Method so you get a more powerful experience.
You’ll find the short form which might fit into your life easier on a daily basis in the freebie section here at the website along with the long form and a recording of what we’re doing now.
I do suggest doing the long form for several weeks before shortening it and once or twice a week even when you’re practicing the short form daily.
As you Slap your body, stay focused and have the awareness, the attention, that each slap is sending energy from the skin, through all tissues and bones, deep into the bone marrow. We’re going to use two different rhythms in accordance with ancient Buddhist sound practices.
Slap the different parts of your body as hard as you comfortably can without hurting yourself in any way. Please REMOVE any rings or other jewelry that might get in the way.
If you can comfortably stand, please join me. If not, you can do this sitting down.
Here we go!
The Natural Patting Stance:
- The front of your body faces South and the back faces North to align with magnetic pull of planet.
- Be fully upright: head straight up, body standing straight, the heart clear.
- Relax your body, concave the chest, round (convex) the back, tongue on roof of mouth, relax shoulders, elbows pull downward, ten toes grasp firmly into the earth.
- Lift anus inwards, pull in hips, stretch the neck and push up from the top of the head.
- Bend the knees slightly but never past the toes and stand naturally, feet shoulder width apart.

OK, gently open your eyes and sit back down if you’d like.
We’re going to close by using all this blissful energy to send blessings into the world and beyond. Blessings we can offer to everyone and everything in the world every day. A proactive blessing to create the world you want to live. The world you want your children to live in.
Feel free to include your own wishes for the world as you do this now and again and again.
I invite you to envision the Earth you want you and your children to live in NOW and in the future NOW.
A world where everyone is FREE to explore their Divine Gifts.
Where every society is a loving, peaceful, compassionate, blissful community where everyone is free and encouraged to live their full potential and pursue dreams for the good of all.
A world where money is not a requirement or obstacle to success.
Where everyone has fresh, natural and nutritious foods and clean, pollution-free water. Shelter and the clothes they need to stay warm.
Where everyone has pollution-free air to breathe and smiles in their hearts that light up their faces. Music with which to sing in bliss and dance in ecstasy.
Where relationships that are rewarding, nurturing and harmonious in all ways.
Where everyone has all the information, activations and any needed support to reclaim their Divine Inheritances, living in TRUE FREEDOM.
Where we have complete connection to our brothers and sisters on Earth and in the star systems.
Where telepathy, remote viewing and all the other divine potentials of our human consciousness are awakened in each of us.
Together we can move mountains. We can move heaven and earth. We can shift paradigms. Our loving vibrations and visualizations are boundless.
