If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting before, my name is Timothy, The Magical Kids’ Books Creator.

Speaking of AHA moments, today I’d like to share a very useful way of communicating with your own soul and the soul of others.

“Donut Soul” poetically and simply conveys the magical, miraculous and mystical qualities of the invisible parts of us . . . our minds, our souls and our hearts that love.
It helps children of all ages, including adults, grasp on deeper and deeper levels of awareness that we can use these invisible parts of us to revitalize the physical part of us and use our bodies to make life happier, healthier and more bountiful for ourselves and others.
So how do we use our soul to do this?
First, we must establish communication lines with our soul. We need to get quiet and simply start a conversation. Just like a conversation we would start with someone we just met.
Can you possibly imagine the vast, infinite amount of wisdom and experience your soul holds just waiting for you to tap into it?
Can you imagine holding gifts like this and not being able to share them because no one asks?
All we need do is get quiet, start asking, start listening and start discerning whether what’s coming through (perhaps as feelings, actual words or just plain knowing’s) is helpful and true. It does take practice.
And we can do this with animals. They have souls too!
The other morning, our cat Snow King wanted out much earlier than usual. Two in the morning.
I love the loving, gentle way he lets me know he wants out in the morning. He gets up on the table next to the bed, waits a few minutes to see if I sense him and then, if I don’t, he takes one paw and ever so gently taps me on the head or cheek. It’s so sweet.
Usually, he’s back wanting in for breakfast by around 8. On this day, he wasn’t. Nor was he back for lunch. This was the first time he’d been gone for so long.
He usually comes when I call him even if it takes a while as he may be in a very far corner of the property at a neighbor’s. This time he didn’t come as I called hour after hour so I knew he must not be anywhere near the property.
Considering we live in the mountains where many things can happen, I became a little concerned.
Concerns I didn’t act on right away. Then I remembered I could simply check in with his soul. So, I got quiet, closed my eyes, focused at my heart, imagined him right there with me, started to sense what he might be experiencing wherever he was, and then asked him a few questions.
Are you with someone? The answer came back immediately “No.”
Are you trapped? “No.”
Are you injured? “No.”
Are you lost? To that question, all I felt was laughter and heard . . . “Are you kidding me? I’m a cat!”
With that, I knew he was OK and simply shared my concerns for him heart to heart, soul to soul.
Within 10 minutes, he showed up.
I’ve had conversations with people just like that too when they are very late for a meeting and haven’t contacted me.
I have conversations with people’s souls when relationship problems appear and no amount of conversation with their physical self brings things into harmony.

Simply bring your hands to your heart and come totally present. Close your eyes if it’s safe to do so.
Be aware of your precious breath. Feel it entering and leaving your beautiful body.
Feel, perhaps even hear, your Beloved Heartbeat.
Feel the LIFE FORCE pulsing in, as, through and for you.
There’s nowhere else to be, nothing else to do.
Sincerely honor yourself, your heart and soul as I am honoring you right now. As all your Beloveds no longer blessing your life with their physical presence honor you. As your entire ancestral lineage is honoring you, the souls of those you’ve known in whatever form they may now be manifesting, if any.
Feel the love you are.

Extend this practice of always listening with awareness, especially when children, friends, family, and others are speaking to you. Tune in to the tone of their voice, their body language and hear more than just the words.
Acknowledge what they share with your response. Speak from your heart and soul, not your head.
