I love greeting you with Aloha.  
 
Aloha.  Aloha. Aloha. 
 
That one joyful word, Aloha, carries the blessings of: 
 
  • Absolute True Love.  Divine Light.
  • Recognizing God in Everyone, in All life.
  • Truth & Humbleness.
  • Being Aware in Each Moment.
  • The Presence of Divine Breath.
 
These qualities of Aloha are our true nature.  
 
Did you know, are you aware, that you can tangibly experience all these Aloha qualities 24/7?
 
Did you know there’s nothing more I’d like to see than you and everyone in the world experiencing your ALOHA, Living Your Aloha, in every moment?

Based on what I’ve witnessed and experienced over the past 40 years of meditating daily (3-4 hours a day for 15 of those years), teaching others many various forms of meditation and reading many studies on meditation, there’s no easier nor more effective way of embodying all those blessings of ALOHA, experiencing them every moment, than meditating.
 
If we haven’t met before, my name is Timothy, founder of the Quantum Energy Academy where I empower and train people to practice and, if they want, certify them to teach the Ancient Arts and Sacred Sciences of Meditation, Yoga, Qigong, T’ai Chi and many more. 
 
I didn’t plan on talking about meditation today, but something inside kept drawing me back to this topic.  Perhaps it’s because today is worldwide Peace 21 Day, where people around the world join in sacred space to meditate on behalf of everyone!
 
And whether you’ve meditated for 40 years or are just starting, there’s some buried treasures for you in today’s sharing.  I also have some free guided meditations for you (CLICK HERE) that will super charge your meditations and all areas of your life.  
 
While I’ve meditated 3-4 hours a day at times all those 40 years, I started with 2 minutes once a day, setting a timer to not go over.  As I felt better and better, I gradually increased this to 5 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 30 minutes twice a day and then a regular practice of one hour.

Aside from the physical, mental, and emotional benefits, meditating lets you experience the full grandeur of who you are.  What those experiences may look like for you is what we are going to talk about.
 
In another talk, I’ll go over all the amazing scientifically documented physical, mental and emotional benefits we get from meditating.
 
Meditation lets you experience the most profound, incredible, amazing, tangible, blissful, unimaginable experiences ever as there’s no other truly safe, side-effect free way to experience these.
 
In meditation our body is immobile and safe, allowing our soul self to soar.
 
In the mind-free, personality-free states of meditation we can receive information needed to manage our daily lives much more effectively and successfully.

In the Stillness the sound of silence hums . . . sometimes SILENT and sometimes THUNDEROUS.

In the Stillness the vibrations of my Love buzz in your every pore.

In the Stillness BEE absorbed in the ecstasy of my Golden Love flowing like Honey through your every pore.

Can you possibly imagine living your life moment-to-moment constantly . . . 
 
  • Recognizing, God in Everyone, in All life.
  • Experiencing Absolute True Love, Divine Light.
  • Living In Truth With Humbleness.
  • Being Aware in Each Moment.
  • Surfing The Presence of Divine Breath with every inhalation and exhalation.
 
You can!  In a few moments, I’ll share a little about what those “seeming intangibles” might tangibly look like in your day-to-day life.
 
Yes, today I’m going to inspire you to meditate because of the “seeming intangibles” you will tangibly start experiencing in your life.  Intangibles beyond your wildest imagination.
 
The Hope Heart Institute in Seattle Washington says that:
 
“Meditation is the art of focusing your attention so completely on one thing that you lose consciousness of everything else around you. 
 
Although meditation often is associated with religious disciplines, modern researchers have found that it can be used apart from any religious or philosophical orientation to promote deep relaxation and mental stillness.”
 
I know this to be true from teaching meditation to people around the world who practice one of the many major religions as well as people who don’t identify with any religion other than that of spirituality.
 
It doesn’t matter what one calls that Source. For me it’s God.  Labels are nothing more than labels. Our Source is beyond labels, beyond concepts, beyond definitions, beyond philosophies and everything else you can think of.

Our Source is a divine experience of bliss and love that we can revel in 24 hours a day.  24 hours a day—while we are playing, working, eating, loving, sleeping or talking! 
 
 Meditation removes everything that prevents us from experiencing this bliss and love that we truly are always. 
 
Meditation melts away fear, impatience, greed, anger, lust, poverty—all limitations.
 
Meditation is unique for every person. While there are some classic experiences that can be common to many, meditation brings you the experiences you need to return to Source. 
 
There is no fast path either. Meditation requires commitment. Without commitment there is NO PROGRESS!

Along with commitment, discrimination is very important. 
 
This is where decisions to continue or abort a chosen path must be based on research and knowledge, coupled with your own experience. 
 
It’s sometimes very easy to run away from something new (like meditation, sun gazing, yoga, t’ai chi, new food programs, etc.) because things are uncomfortable in the short term, thereby denying ourselves of the ultimate long-term benefits.
 
Then again, it’s definitely not helpful to stick with something just because we don’t want to admit to ourselves that we made a mistake in going down a particular path. 

Whether it’s meditation or something else in our life, there’s a fine line to walk and we must constantly choose and reevaluate our choices in light of our knowledge and experiences.
 
How many of us are still doing things today that we did as children either because we had no choice or the intelligence to make healthy choices?
 
How much of our lives is really ours versus us playing out a scenario that started long ago, before we even knew what we were doing?
 
How many of us were fortunate enough to have parents who knew what they were doing?
 
How many of us are willing to abandon our “habitual daily routines” for a life of freedom and adventure, constantly connected with Source.
 
Without commitment and discrimination, we will stay stuck in a rut we think is normal daily living.
 
Here’s the normal daily living we are designed to experience.  
 
Normal daily living is feeling every cell of your body vibrating with the energy of a thousand suns whenever you want.  

Normal daily living is:
  • having a quiet, focused mind.
  • seeing the life Source pulsating in everything your eyes behold.
  • hearing inner music more divine than anything we have created with instruments.
  • having loving relationships.
  • having everything you need and doing that, including work, which makes your heart sing.
 
Normal daily living in this way is only achieved through meditation.
 
Meditation is an adventurous voyage into your own sacred heart.
 
Meditation is a simple, yet profound, way of reclaiming YOU—mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

The only purpose of life is to reclaim our Divinty.  Everything else is a “background activity”.  Everything else!
 
Without meditation, you are not living a true life. You are not attaining your full potential no matter how healthy and successful you may seem to be.
 
And many studies show people who meditate experience better health than others over a wide range of conditions.

Simply, silently repeat the word ALOHA or any high vibrational word of your choice over and over again when you don’t have to use your mind for anything else.  If God, Christ, Buddha, Allah, Peace, Love or other similar term resonates with you more than Aloha, use it.
 
You will be training your mind to immerse itself in its Source where it will rest in eternal peace unless consciously activated by YOU.
 
You will have control of your mind instead of your mind controlling you.
