Do you know all the blessings Aloha carries?
Up until last year, I didn’t know all the blessings carried in that one magical, miraculous word of “Aloha”. I just knew I loved the sound of it.
And in saying that now, I realize my heart, my entire being, intuitively knew the blessings of Aloha merely by sound even though my mind hadn’t been clued into those blessings.
As I share a few of these Aloha blessings now, I invite you to feel them glowing within you.
If it’s safe to do so, bring your hands to your heart and close your eyes as you listen and feel.
Aloha is Absolute True Love. Feel yourself dissolving into and as True Love.
Aloha is Divine Light. Feel yourself as True Love sparkling as Divine Light.
Aloha is the Presence of Divine Breath. Feel your True Love, Divine Light entering every pore of your Beautiful Body with each Divine inhale. Relax into, relish what you’re experiencing as you exhale.
Aloha is Recognizing God in Everyone, in All Life. May your eyes be blessed to see everyone and everything as the simultaneous, spontaneous appearance of God, including when you look in a mirror.
Aloha is Truth & Humbleness. May you enjoy those colorful, juicy fruits of Living, of Being, Aloha.
Aloha is Being Aware in Each Moment. May your mind be so empty of all but peace that you are aware of what’s needed in each moment to live in the harmonious Grace and Blessings of Aloha.

Her waters, soil and air are screaming for steady streams, soothing showers and potent proactive Aloha Blessings.
Coming together in a unified field of Aloha Love amplifies, magnifies and glorifies our infinite, unimaginable, even playful powers. We have the Aloha power to shift consciousness . . . shift humanity’s overall life experience.
Many studies prove that consciously coming together in meditation and prayerful practices with a divine intention can quickly and remarkably shift personal circumstances, conditions in our communities, weather and other aspects of Mother Nature. Our combined love energies shift the Schumann Resonance, our Sun, Moon and Beyond.
I’ve been using this “Mastery, Magic & Miracles” practice for decades and just renamed it based on something Sajer Ji of Green Med Info recently shared on his new Unite Platform where you can also connect with me.
This “Mastery, Magic & Miracles” practice is powerful, playful and fun. It’s also easy to remember.

Where everyone has fresh, natural and nutritious foods and clean, pollution-free water. Shelter and the clothes they need to stay warm. Pollution-free air to breathe and smiles in their hearts that light up their faces. Music with which to sing in bliss and dance in ecstasy. Relationships that are rewarding, nurturing and harmonious in all ways. And most of all the information, activations and any needed support to reclaim their Divine Inheritances.
Together we can move mountains. We can move heaven and earth. We can shift paradigms. Our loving vibrations are boundless.
Your loving vibrations are infinite and immeasurable in effect.
Also, if you know people who consciously and courageously share truthful and helpful information through posts, videos and live podcasts across the multitude of social media platforms available, contact and invite them to devote a few minutes of their programs to an intentional meditation, a prayerful practice such as this where they actively invite their listeners to envision the Earth we want to live in and on.
Can you imagine the tsunami of love we can generate together!
We are at a pivotal point in our evolution. It’s no longer enough to expose truths and speak in spiritual generalities when we have the power to unify in proactive prayer and meditation like never before. When we have the means to give people action steps to take in their communities and countries without ever leaving their homes.
For thousands of years Master Story Tellers have used their loving vibrations strung together in letters, words, sentences and paragraphs, creating symphonies of stories to pass on blessings, seed generational wisdom and trigger AHA moments within listeners and change within societies.
And in the here and now of this day and every moment moving forward, creating more harmony on Earth and throughout all of Creation is imperative.

Aloha is Synonymous with Mastery.
You are a Great Master. You are Aloha. You are True Love. You are Divine Light.
Dwelling within and as you are the same powers, capabilities, Aloha, Mastery that Christ, Buddha, Krishna and every great being, from every tradition imaginable, who’s ever walked this earth had, still has and mirrored for us in their presence.
Connecting with the Presence of their Divine Aloha Breath, always Recognizing God In Everyone and Everything, Living In Truth and Humbleness in all ways, these Great Beings demonstrated their Mastery in accordance with and in ways relevant to their time and place, totally Aware in each moment.
And there are many Great Beings walking our Earth today doing the same and even more of us coming into our full embodiment of Aloha daily. Just look in the mirror and you’ll see one of them.
I want to see everyone fully embodying their God and Goddess Greatness.
So right now, let’s engage our Mastery, stir up some Magic and Create Miracles. Know to the depths of your Heart and the heights of your Soul that the Magic we’re about to drop into the Universal Ocean of Awareness will ripple through you and all of life, creating miracles seen and unseen.
In this precious moment, I invite you to call forth, summon any Great Beings guiding your life. Ascended Masters, Masters on Earth right now and Archangels.
Ask for their blessings, presence and empowerment as together we Magically create Miracles. Feel their power and blessings supporting the blessings and power You ARE!
If it’s safe to do so, once again close your eyes and lovingly place your left palm over your heart chakra in the center of your chest. Lovingly place your right palm over your left.
Feel your entire body relaxing into your heartbeat.
Let go. Imagine yourself a happy baby, totally relaxed in your mother’s or grandmother’s loving arms.
Now, focus your awareness on your hands and heart chakra, letting your body breathe itself. Allow your body to inhale and exhale effortlessly as God’s Divine Breath, Divine Flow, breathes you.
Be In the Presence, the Aloha of Your Breath.
Our breath makes the natural sound of HamSah.
HamSah . . . I Am That I Am.
HamSah . . . Like the swan.
HamSah . . . All perfect beings.
You can enhance this natural blessing of I AM THAT I AM by silently repeating Hum and feeling your heart filling with radiant love as your body inhales.
As your body exhales, let an audible Sah flow out on your breath. HamSah . . . I AM THAT I AM!
Keep silently repeating Hum, filling your heart with radiant love, while inhaling and releasing the breath with an audible Sah.
As you’re doing this, move your hands away from your body, still in alignment with your heart chakra and gaze into your open palms.
On the next exhale, the next Sah, feel all the love in your radiant heart flowing on your breath into your palms.
Breathe deeply and fully.
Create a circle with your breath by fully inhaling Hum through your nose into your heart, feel it radiating throughout your body and flowing back up through your heart and out your mouth into your palms with that audible Sah.
Feel the energy building in your hands with each Sah.
With your palms still facing you, glowing with all the love in your heart, lift them up to face level.
Now we’ll use our breath, empowered with the infinite blessings of HamSah, to make Magical Miracles.
First, imagine, create, visualize a Golden Glowing Pyramid with your eyes as the base. The top of your Golden Glowing Pyramid is a spot about 1 inch above your third eye in the center of your forehead. This top point is your Star Consciousness.
Imagine, see, feel this Golden Glowing Pyramid in your face, pulsating with sparkling energy and send this Golden Sparkling Pyramid of Energy into your palms.
Keep using the HAMSA breath to enliven this process.
Let your inhales of Hum energize the Golden Pyramid formed by your eyes and Star Consciousness ever stronger.
With each exhale of Sah, send the pulsating Golden Glowing Pyramid Energy into your palms.
Keep breathing as we call forth our intent to create miracles. Align your intent to create miracles with the Divine in whatever form or formlessness that exists for you.
Declare to yourself either silently or out loud, “There are Miracles in these hands”. “There are Miracles in these hands”. “There are Miracles in these hands”.
Feel the power of your declaration in every pore of your being. “There are Miracles in These Hands.” Believe, Believe, Believe in The Miracles in Your Hands.
With each exhale, each Sah still streaming the Golden Pyramid Energy into your palms, we are now intending, envisioning, calling into being a loving, peaceful, compassionate, blissful society where everyone is free and encouraged, supported, to live their full potential and pursue dreams for the good of all.
We are intending, envisioning, calling forth a world where everyone has fresh, natural and nutritious foods and clean, pollution-free water. Shelter and the clothes they need to stay warm. Pollution free air to breathe. Smiles in their hearts, spreading across their lips, enlightening their faces, sparkling in their eyes.
We are intending, envisioning, calling forth a world resounding with musical vibrations to sing and dance to in ecstasy. A world of harmoniously nurturing relationships amongst all people, communities and countries.
A world free of hurry and worry where there’s time to play. Time to serve. Time to move. Time to rest.
Time and the grace to fully embody our Mastery. To live lives of Aloha. LIVES OVERFLOWING WITH ALL WE NEED. Lives without conflict, internal and external.
Envision all dark, all evil energies, being whisked away on Angelic Wings of Brilliant White Light into God’s awaiting Heart Cauldron for transmutation, transfiguration, transformation into loving, peaceful, blissful energies beneficial to all.
Now stir into your visionary blessings any additional miracles specific to you and your life. Blessings for your family, friends, fur babies and other pets.
Blessings for yourself to fully embody your Mastery. Your Aloha.
Together we can move mountains. We can move heaven and earth. Our loving vibrations know no boundaries.
Your loving vibrations know no boundaries.
Feel the energy of your intentions continuing to pulsate and intensify in your hands.
Now, join your hands together in prayer position, still face high, and look right into the space between the thumbs of your hand.
Briskly rub your hands together, your gaze focused on the area between the thumbs of your hand, breathing HAMSAH again and again, faster and faster, into this area, magnifying the energies, magnifying our intentions. Rub briskly in bliss. Feel the warmth. Feel the heat. Feel the love.
When you feel your Soulful energies have peaked, inhale Hum again, hold it in your heart as you separate your hands, turn your palms away from you and on an audible Sah push your hands out a little more from your body, sending your intended Miracles out to all beings, Mother Earth, our solar system and all of creation.
On your next HamSah Breath, bring the gift of these intentions, these enlivened, enlightened energies into your Divine Being by scooping them up into your palms and once again placing your palms, pulsating with Aloha Blessings, on your heart chakra.
Once again, close your eyes for a few moments. Let your body breathe you as you focus on those natural inhales and exhales.
With all your Heart and Soul acknowledge your gratitude to the Divine in whatever form that takes for you.
In this potent pause we’re allowing all the Aloha Blessings we just created to integrate into our Beings.
Pausing between activities is one of life’s secrets to success.
Resting a bit between t’ai chi and qigong movements is one of the secrets to the amazing benefits of those ancient practices.
Resting between all your daily activities for a few moments is a secret to your living a successful life of Mastery, Magic and Miracles.
