Today we’re going to increase the Aloha, the Life Force, the Heart and Soul Energies in our lives by activating and using the energies of the Sun, Moon and Star Consciousness within us. Energies we can also use to uplift others and create the Aloha world we can all enjoy.
For thousands of years Master Story Tellers have used their loving vibrations strung together in letters, words, sentences and paragraphs, creating symphonies of stories to pass on blessings, seed generational wisdom and trigger AHA moments within listeners and change within societies. May you enjoy some AHA moments as your participating NOW.

Aloha—Being Aware in Each Moment. May your mind be so empty of all but peace that you are aware of what’s needed in each moment to live in the harmonious Grace and Blessings of Aloha.

We’re going to increase these Aloha Blessings Flowing Through You as You by igniting them with the Sun, Moon and Star Consciousness energies you also have within you. For some, those energies may be dormant and we’ll bring them to life forevermore in a few moments. For some, those energies may already be ignited and we’ll further enhance and stabilize them in a few moments.
Everyone who’s activated these energies within themselves, from little children to senior citizens, loves how it makes them feel and have used them to produce tangible results bettering their lives.
I invite you to use it daily and teach it to your children and grandchildren. To your nieces and nephews. To all your friends and family. It’s short and simple but very long on results.
You are a Great Master. You are Aloha. You are True Love. You are Divine Light.
Like Christ, you truly are SOURCE GOD, the Beloved Eternal Soul Being having a HUman experience as YOU and All Life, as All you see and don’t see.
Dwelling within and as you are the same powers, capabilities, Aloha, Mastery that Christ, Buddha, Krishna and every great being, from every tradition imaginable, who’s ever walked this earth had, still has and mirrored for us in their presence.
And there are many Great Beings walking our Earth today doing the same and even more of us coming into our full embodiment of Aloha daily. Just look in the mirror and you’ll see one of them. You. Beautiful you.
Personally, I want to see everyone fully embodying their God and Goddess Greatness and helping them through any obstacles to that is my mission in life.

Know to the depths of your Heart and the heights of your Soul that the Magic we’re about to drop into the Universal Ocean of Awareness, the Ocean of Consciousness, will ripple through you and all of life, creating miracles seen and unseen.
In this precious moment, I invite you to call forth, summon any Great Beings guiding your life. Perhaps it’s Christ, Buddha, Yogananda, another Ascended Master, a Master on Earth right now or your favorite Archangels.
Ask for their blessings, presence and enhanced empowerment of all you do. Feel their power and blessings supporting the blessings and power You ARE!
Now, close your eyes and lovingly place your left palm over your heart chakra in the center of your chest. Lovingly place your right palm over your left.
Feel your entire body relaxing into your heartbeat.
Let go. Imagine yourself a happy baby, totally relaxed, totally limp, totally safe, in your mother’s or grandmother’s loving arms.
Imagine yourself held in Christ’s loving arms.
Embraced Divine Mother Mary’s loving arms.
Feel how loved and supported you are.
Now, focus your awareness on your hands and heart chakra, letting your body breathe itself. Allow your body to inhale and exhale effortlessly as God’s Divine Breath, Divine Flow, breathes you.
Be In the Presence, the Aloha of Your Breath.
Our breath makes the natural sound of HamSah.
HamSah . . . I Am That I Am.
HamSah . . . Like the swan.
HamSah . . . All perfect beings.
You can enhance this natural blessing of I AM THAT I AM by silently repeating Hum and feeling your heart filling with radiant love as your body inhales.
As your body exhales, let an audible Sah flow out on your breath. HamSah . . . I AM THAT I AM!
You can make your mind so calm and peaceful anytime, anywhere simply by placing one or both hands on your heart just like you’re doing now and taking long deep inhales and long slow exhales letting your breath and loving heart relax your mind.
Keep breathing HamSah as you listen to my voice.
Your breath contains a magical elixir, a magical potion, that can create magical miracles for you, your family, your friends, and the whole world.
And here’s how you can mix that magical potion, that magical elixir, using the power of your Soul . . . the power of your intent to awaken and use your Sun, Moon and Star Consciousness Energies to enhance every aspect of your life.
These Powerful Energies are excitedly awaiting your magical command to spring into action.
And just like every famous magician, every successful person, everyone who wants to polish their craft, their gifts, their arts, or whatever they love to do, we too must practice bringing forth our full Magical, Miraculous Soul powers, to achieve our personal full potential.
Please practice this until it becomes as easy as brushing your teeth or drinking a glass of crystal-clear water.
You can do them sitting down or standing up.
If your eyes are closed, please open them.
Let’s activate our Sun Powers first.
Begin with your hands in prayer position (your hands are in front of the heart chakra with your thumbs touching the center of your chest and your fingers pointing up toward the underneath of your chin).
Inhale “HUM” and then as you exhale “SAH” stretch your arms straight up (keeping your hands together until your arms are straight up over your head).
Inhale “HUM” again (feeling the stretch) and as you do release your arms outward and down to shoulder or chest level with your palms now facing up.
Now exhale “SAH” visualizing the Sun and feeling, imagining your scooping up all the Golden Glowing Energy of the Sun in your palms and brining it back into your heart (when you return to the heart center your hands are now flat one over the other on the heart center).
Take another HamSah Breath to integrate all this Golden Glowing Sun Energy into your being. Feel it radiating out from your heart into your entire body.
When you’re practicing this on your own, please repeat two more times before proceeding to the Moon Phase of this blessing. Move slowly with intention, presence and awareness.
Simply move your hands back into prayer position – then repeat – breathing, stretching, opening, pulling in Sun Energy to your heart and radiating it throughout your body.
If moving slowly is uncomfortable, breathe into these feelings and they will quickly release.
Trying something new often brings discomfort and that includes moving slowly if you’re used to go, go, going at a rapid pace.
Now, let’s compliment and balance these masculine Sun Energies with our Feminine Moon Energies.
Starting with your hands at your heart center, palms pointing outward away from your body and your fingers extended (pointing toward the sky) inhale “HUM” and on the exhale “SAH” extend your arms forward so your arms are straight out in front of you.
Then, as you inhale “HUM”, move them straight out to the sides (shoulder height) and then on the exhale “SAH” let your arms extend downward to their full length, scooping up the soft, shimmering, silvery Energy of the Moon Goddess from below the waist up into your Solar Plexus above your navel in your lower abdomen.
After scooping up these powerful energies, your left hand will be below your right hand with both hands lying flat on the Solar Plexus.
You’ve now opened the space around you – breathe into the expansion with another HamSah breath to integrate. Feel the soft, shimmering, silvery Moon Energies diffusing throughout your entire being.
When you’re practicing this on your own, please repeat two more times before proceeding to the Star Consciousness Activation of this blessing. Move slowly with intention, presence and awareness.
Simply move your hands back in front of your heart, palms facing away and repeat – breathing, stretching, opening, pulling in Moon Energy to your Solar Plexus and sending it throughout your body.
Again, if moving slowly is uncomfortable, breathe into these feelings and they will quickly release.
Now, let’s compliment and use these Soft, Shimmering, Silvery Moon Energies glowing in our Solar Plexus along with the Golden Glowing Sun Energies Radiating in our Heart to help Activate Our Star Consciousness Energies in our foreheads above our Third Eye Chakra.
Begin by placing one or both hands over your heart – then gently close your eyes and once again connect with your heartbeat.
Allow the energy of gratitude to come forward. Your heart carries within it a seed of Divine connection. Just listen to your own heartbeat – let your breath be gentle as you connect with your heartbeat, inhaling Hum and exhaling Sah with each full breath.
Whether you’re sitting or standing, placing your feet shoulder width apart. If you’re standing relax your knees with a slight bend in your knees – just feel yourself balanced and centered - now focus your attention on the soles of your feet. We have very powerful chakras at the soles of our feet.
Now visualize and feel a Pearlescent Ray of Light begin to form under your LEFT foot. Feel this shimmering Pearlescent Energy building, heightening, intensifying under your LEFT foot as this Ray of Pearlescent Light begins to swirl and move up your LEFT leg.
Now visualize and feel a Golden Ray of Light entering the bottom of your RIGHT foot. Feel this beautiful Golden Energy as it swirls under your RIGHT foot. Feel the Golden Energy building, heightening, intensifying as it begins to move up your RIGHT leg.
Now feel, imagine, visualize the Ray of Pearlescent Light moving slowly up your LEFT leg and the beautiful Ray of Golden Light moving up your RIGHT leg until you feel these rays meet at the base of your spine.
Once they meet at the base of your spine, they begin to intertwine and stream upward. Feel these intertwining energies intersect with one another at the Sacral Chakra below your navel and continue to swirl upward, intersecting in your Solar Plexus and blending with the Silvery Moon Energies Glowing there.
These swirling Pearlescent and Golden Streams of Energy now shimmering in Silvery Moon Energies continue flowing upward into your Heart Chakra where they intersect and blend with the Golden Sun Energies Radiating in your Heart. See, feel, imagine these energies all swirling in your Heart Chakra.
See, feel, imagine these swirling Pearlescent and Golden Streams of Energy that started in the souls of your feet now shimmering in Silvery Moon and Golden Sun Energies continue flowing upward and intersecting in your Throat Chakra.
See, feel, imagine them flowing upward into and intersecting within your Third Eye Chakra. As they swirl together in your third eye, they merge into a Pearlescent, Silvery, Golden Seed. Feel these Sacred Seed illuminated and glowing.
Now feel this Pearlescent, Silvery, Golden Seed lift into the center of your forehead (just above your third eye). Now bring an index finger to that place – and very gently begin to touch and release. Touch and release. Tap, Tap, Tap.
Now draw a small spiral with your finger. Feel the energy of this Pearlescent, Silvery, Golden Seed activating, increasing, intensifying.
Begin to feel, sense or imagine a Pearlescent, Silvery, Golden Star bursting from withing this Seed.
A beautiful sparkling Pearlescent, Silvery, Golden Star!
Now breathe HamSah right up into that area – feel your breath in the Star.
Feel the glow of your Star radiating ever brighter. Feel the reconnection to your Divinity, feel the beauty of who you are.
You may experience head pressure – but this will soon dissipate as you continue to activate your Star.
Your Star Consciousness is an energy imprint. When you reconnect with this energy, it is more than just a peaceful stream of love to assist you. It is a gift of recognition and one that is yours to fully embrace again.
Fully embrace and use in these following ways or other ways that may emerge from your heart:
Gift yourself Star Consciousness Blessings by standing in front of a mirror, hands together in prayer pose at your heart, gazing into your own Divine eyes. See, feel your beautiful, sparkling Pearlescent, Silvery, Golden Star in your forehead.
As your gazing into your eyes, feel this magnificent, brilliant Star Consciousness energy stream into them saying with all your love: “I love you, I know you, I honor your Divinity”.
You can send these same Star Consciousness Blessings to anyone, especially if you’re having any personal difficulties in that relationship.
In this precious moment, choose someone to send your Star Consciousness Blessings to and imagine them standing in front of you.
Once again, bring your hands to your heart in prayer fashion, connecting with your heart love, breathing HamSah, and see the Star Consciousness Glowing in the person before you.
See, feel your beautiful, sparkling Pearlescent, Silvery, Golden Star Consciousness in your forehead streaming to and connecting with their Star Consciousness and saying with all your love: “I love you, I know you, I honor your Divinity”.
You can envision of all humanity before you as one merged Star Consciousness and send the same blessing.
Doing this with someone physically present with you will create an amazing experience for both of you.
Sitting opposite one another with your knees touching, go through the process of activating your Star Consciousness’s just like we have already done. You can start with the Sun and Moon Activations or simply start at the Souls of Your Feet.
Alternate being a sender and a receiver.
Both of you are sitting with your hands to your heart in prayer fashion, connecting with your heart love, breathing HamSah.
And with a very soft, loving gaze, the one giving sends the brilliant loving energy of their Pearlescent, Silvery, Golden Star directly into their partner’s Star.
And as you’re radiating this brilliant energy allow the words, “I love you, I know you, I honor your Divinity” to fill your thoughts - gently sending the thoughts, “I love you, I know you, I honor your Divinity” to your partner from your Star to their Star. Your loving energy will open your partner’s Star Consciousness even more and help them to remember their own Authenticity and trigger other AHA moments of Self Recognition.
Take whatever time is necessary to integrate and then the receiver becomes the sender.
Once you get the flow of this Star Consciousness Blessing it can be done anytime, anywhere, in very little time. It’s powerful and effective.
Using it along with the practices we did in the previous two Spiritual Storytelling Experiences: “Mastery, Magic & Miracles!” and “3 Soul Full Wishes For Creating Miracles” will without fail CREAT MIRACLE after MIRACLE.
If you do this every day, you will feel wonderful and you will see the magic and miracles working wonders in your lives and the lives of everyone you bless with your wishes.
You may not see these miracles right away, but know, have faith, they are happening little by little just like, little by little, rushing water will smooth a hard rock.
Even if you can’t see the water wearing away the rock in the very moment you are looking at it, the water is magically doing its job!
Let your body breathe you as you rest in the natural inhales and exhales of your Divine Breath, hands connected to your Divine Heart.
With all your Heart and Soul acknowledge your gratitude to the Divine in whatever form that takes for you.
In this potent pause we’re allowing all the Aloha Blessings we just created to integrate into our Beings.
Pausing between activities is one of life’s secrets to success.
Resting a bit between t’ai chi and qigong movements is one of the secrets to the amazing benefits of those ancient practices.
Resting between all your daily activities for a few moments is a secret to living and enjoying a successful life in union with GOD SOURCE.
