Our body has limitations. To go beyond these limitations we need to engage our minds and will power.
I’m sure you know what it’s like to start a fitness program or new physical activity and bump up against your body’s resistance to continue because of pain, discomfort, effort, or something else.
When I started jogging, I eventually had to engage my mind to go beyond the distances my body felt were enough. Same with lifting weights or continuing to learn yoga or tai chi, which felt slow and boring compared to the pace at which I was used to rushing or hurrying through life.
When we couple our mind power with our body power, we can accomplish much more.
Every program and service I offer for children and adults incorporates aspects of using our soul power to empower our bodies and minds.
Just like our bodies need our mind power to be fully effective, the PEACE of our Soul fully activates our mind.
If there’s constant mental chatter going on, a constant push to do this or that, a subconscious or conscious rehash of the old or fears of the new spinning around, and other unproductive thoughts, our mind is not strong.
It’s leaking energy as every thought is a unit of energy. The average person has over 25,000 thoughts a day . . . that’s 25,000 units of energy being generated, much of it wasted. Much of it pulling in, attracting, less than desirable results.
Did you know you can use your Soul to control your mind as easily as your thoughts instantly control the movement of an arm or leg? If you want an arm or leg to move, they do so on command.
Using your soul power, you can train your mind to think what and when you want it to.
If you want your mind to think, it thinks. If you want it to be quiet it rests in a calm, ripple-free lake of peaceful silence totally receptive to the harmony of the Universe and guidance for your next action.
I was quite surprised when my mind had become so peaceful I could hear earthworms emerge from beneath the soil’s surface and snail move along the surface?
A quiet mind blossoms into flowers of creativity, insights, and guidance for successful daily living.
Activating and using our soul powers, empowers our hearts, minds and bodies in ways most of us cannot imagine.
Have you ever WATCHED while your body slept the entire night, aware of your dreams that whole time, conscious of what your spirit was doing, while seeing into the future—all simultaneously? It’s beyond amazing!
I once asked one of my spiritual teachers in a prayer what it was like to live in her body. Shortly thereafter I found myself in a dream walking alongside her. My hand accidentally bumped into her arm and my hand went right through. Simultaneously every cell of my body lit up like a thousand suns.
I was amazed my prayer was answered in such a tangible experience I’ve been able to nurture into an ever more consistent reality.
Our bodies are designed to hold and feel all the energy of creation in every moment.
I empower people to reawaken their bodies to this level of ecstasy.
Our minds are designed to rest in peace, open to receiving God’s guidance. I empower people to fully activate these inherent powers. I have no words that can fully share what this feels like.
Our hearts are infinite fountains of inspiration and unconditional love once they are free of impulses to indulge in lower vibrations.
Our heart chakras rest in the center of our 3 lower and 3 higher chakras. Did you know our hearts have tendencies and the capability to go either way?
It’s up to us to use our soul power and will power to guide our hearts to rest solely in their higher qualities.
To live and express unconditional love in each moment, with each action, with every breath.
It’s said that our eyes are the windows of and to our souls. As our soul power gets stronger and stronger, our eyes sparkle brighter and brighter.
They can literally see beyond the veil of this world. They can constantly delight in seeing beautiful crystal white light as the screen on which the movie of life, the beauty of the world, the beauty of God's many faces, plays.
Through years of self-effort and God’s Amazing Grace in the form of T’ai Chi, Yoga, Qigong, Quantum Energetics, Reiki, Meditation, Nutrition, Loving Teachers, Fabulous Friends and Supportive Family, I now experience life as a constant stream of unfolding bliss and miracles like I’m sharing with you now.
