"Timothy Stuetz is a loving, compassionate and caring teacher and healer.
I have learned so much from him over several decades. He has been a mentor and helped me in my journey to know my spiritual essence and to connect with the powerful energy within me, not just as a Tai Chi/Qigong teacher and as a Reiki Master but as a vegan role model and one who lives in the possibilities of what living in love can look like." Elana Cohen Richmond, CEO & CoFounder Emotional Martial Arts
“Timothy Stuetz is a gifted teacher of multiple healing modalities as well as meditation, qigong, t’ai chi and more, infusing every interaction with those called to learn and deepen their understanding of these modalities with his warm and personable presence.
His many years of research of practices and nutrition which support spiritual growth and expansion as well as longevity and vital well-being provide an excellent basis for guidance for those who seek advice.
My experience with Timothy as a teacher and friend has been one of constant surprise at the extent of his comprehensive knowledge and training, and deep appreciation for what I learned from him. Both his in-person and long-distance Usui Reiki sessions are especially boosting feelings of wellness and energetic renewal.” – I. Byrd, Reiki Master & Teacher of Multiple Quantum Energy Modalities
“Timothy, the participants were so deeply touched by your quiet and strong gentleness, by the wisdom that clearly manifests from your eyes and your body and by the deep content knowledge you possess.
Thank you for giving us your time and for sharing your spirit.”

"I took your Reiki Class as one of my elective classes for the Holistic Massage Therapist course at Goldenwest College. One day in class you had all the students sit in a circle and you walked behind everyone and gave each one of us a healing tap on our heads.
Within minutes of you tapping my head I felt my whole body vibrating. Then all the colors in my sight become super vibrant. I saw everyone's aura along with the trees, grass and flowers outside our classroom. It was amazing and uncomfortable at the same time.
You asked if anyone wanted to share anything. I raised my hand and told you I was vibrating, you smiled and said 'Good!' I said it feels uncomfortable and you replied, 'That's the way new, even though natural, experiences we're not used to sometimes feel.'
We broke for lunch and I went outside to eat a banana. It vibrated as well and each bite I took made all the colors before my eyes more intense and vibrant and that feeling lasted the whole day.
Timothy is truly an amazing, powerful, and enriching Reiki Master and I'm so blessed that we've stayed in touch after his classes."
Much love 💕

Testimonials From Nurses In T’ai Chi CEU Courses.
“This has been one of the best ways—actually the best way to obtain CEU’s.
I say this because this is a class that has taught me something I can use every day of my life to make my life better.
I cannot express how much I have enjoyed this. My stress level has greatly decreased and I have a much more positive attitude.
I am slowly becoming more aware of myself—what a wonderful discovery.” L.G.
“Overall, an excellent course.
The practice / class time has given me an outlet for stress as well as enhanced my abilities to handle stressful situations.
Working in psychiatry it has improved my patient relationships and I hope to move on to teach T’ai Chi in the future and to incorporate it into patient care of those suffering from depression and anxiety.” L.S.
“My energy level has increased nicely both on and off the job.
At the same time, my calmness has increased during stressful situations in the N.I.C.U.
Also, my left knee has loosened up nicely and my sense of smell has improved.” H.B.
“I need this for the rest of my life.
My patients definitely get better care because I am more focused on their care!
Thanks.” G.N.
“The course went faster than I expected—am sorry it’s over.
Am able to handle the constantly increasing stress in the job during the ‘re-engineering phase’.
Can remain cool, calm, and collected making me more effective in my work—able to communicate better with patients and peers.
The arthritic pain usually experienced in my hands and hips has become almost nonexistant.
Mind has expanded especially in the awareness area—much more cognizant of nature and its healing properties.” J.F.
“I felt this class was well worth my time.
I felt very pleased that as a large woman I could still do the movements.
I am glad I took this class and I look forward to having T’ai Chi become part of my daily life—to get calm and centered.” D.C.
“Unless our bodies are sound, we cannot expect to adequately care for others without damage to ourselves. Taking care of others begins with taking care of ourselves.
It is important to get quiet in order to perceive the cures of the client.
The activity seems to give rise to freedom and flow, getting grounded, and in this process there comes new awareness and comfort within oneself.” M.T.
“My thinking feels clear and calm.
My ability to communicate openly, securely and comfortably has been significantly affected by T’ai Chi.
In general, I feel more centered and much less stressed! In a chaotic, stressful situation it is as if I can remain calm and in control.
I also seem to be more in control of my thoughts and reactions. Basically, rather than overreact, I am now able to look at a situation peacefully and react in a logical, rational manner.
I have also found that when my stress is decreased due to my T’ai Chi practice, it has a positive, calming effect on my coworkers.
I love practicing T’ai Chi, how serene and peaceful it makes me feel and I plan to continue my practice always.” A.L.
“Feel calmer—more in control—especially in first several hours following practice.
Feel more focused after completing practice. More sure of myself.
Have felt better about work since starting T’ai Chi.
Feel calmer at work.
Has helped me keep things in perspective. ‘Practice time’ allows me to step back and get the big picture and to not let small things overwhelm.” L.G.
“The techniques I have learned in this class have helped me to center myself each day.
It helps calm my mind and calms my nervous system.
The balance of energy has made me aware of my posture—therefore bringing my attention to correct my posture whenever it is not correct. It carries with me throughout the day.” S.C.
“Self confident, relaxed, peaceful.” B.S.
“I am more relaxed, calm, and flexible.
On days I came in (to class) tense and frustrated, soon found myself relaxed and no longer fighting the frustrated feelings I’d come in with.
I also found it helped my knees.” I.A.
“Outstanding—enlightening—stress reliever.
Program should be longer because so much can be gained through the use of this program.
Kaiser should promote this T’ai Chi class through their medical staff.”

"What an inspiration for everyone. The bees show us all how to treat and honor Mother Earth in the way they treat and honor their Queen.
Thank you Brother for writing this."

“This is a letter of celebration on behalf of Timothy Stuetz and it is my pleasure to recommend Timothy’s highly creative children’s books. They are cleverly crafted to entertain as well as educate.
Four years ago a group of my 4th and 5th grade English Language Learners read and discussed Timothy’s fine books. The students thoroughly enjoyed the imaginative stories, witty dialogue and lively illustrations.
When I shared the books with colleagues, they were likewise impressed by Timothy’s creative presentations of meaningful topics.
It is my hope as a former teacher and currently an English Language Acquisition Coach/Trainer of teachers, that Timothy Stuetz’s books will be widely circulated and enjoyed by students throughout the country.”
Dr. Dorothy S., M.D.: “Fairy Tales of the Heart is . . . a series of heart felt stories that reconnect adults and children to the magic and wonder of life.
These are modern day stories that transport adults to their inner child and stimulate creative imagination in children.
The potential application of these stories in parent/child relationship as well as in adult inner-child work is unlimited.
As a holistic physician who sees so much of the pain of our forgotten selves, I highly recommend this series as a first step in reconnecting to the magic, wonder, and deep meaning in your own unique life!”

"TO ALL PARENTS, Bliss Beary Bear comes to you in truth and love—the pen of your very own hearts. Our children are special gifts—innocent gifts. The gifts of our future. They absorb everything they see and hear.
Just as a sponge releases the same water it soaks up, your actions and words will one day be released by your children. Bliss Beary Bear’s Tales of the Heart are droplets of love. Shower your children with them.
The love and practical lessons weaved throughout the Tales will be absorbed and ultimately released as smiles, laughter, caring and a tremendous sense of self-worth.
Dive in yourself! Let the child within you enjoy the cosmic fantasy with which values are shared.
Delight as Bliss Beary Bear explores and resolves the practical situations we’ve all faced in one form or another.
“For the children—"

This is beautiful, Timothy!
I’m a retired Professor, teacher, administrator and curriculum coordinator. While working as a currriculum coordinator I created content in line with State mandated requirements. It was one of my favorite assignments. I actually won a state award my first year teaching in Hawaii for scoring highest on the lessons plans and assessments I created.
What you have created here is so thourough and complete! Bavo, my friend.
Bravo!

“There is a bear most everywhere—real or make believe. In the wild—as wild as can be. In zoos—where they probably don’t want to be.
They are in movies, stories, books, commercials and cartoons.
But whether real or fiction, they all have adventurous stories to tell for listener and reader alike.
These may be stories of happiness, sadness, or both—but whatever you read or hear, will make you a part of the adventures near and far of bears everywhere.
Some of their deeds are magical, others may be mystical and still others outright whimsical.
Whether real or make believe, in your mind or in your heart, there exists for everyone an everywhere bear that shares stories of love and care.
For me it is Bliss Beary Bear and it may be for you too.
But the name is not as important as the stories shared and, any name you might call this bear of everywhere, will be as special as you!
So here to share are Bliss Beary Bear’s Tales of love and care.”

“I not only read but felt the whole poem. Poem was so wonderful.
Honestly, it’s not just a poem–it’s a beautiful story of the beautiful people (bees).
They are the most harmonious, organized, integrous, and hard working people in the world.
I’m so impressed with this poem.
It’s not just a poem but kind of great inspiration for all human beings.
The way the human being is progressing in the world
right now–so much negativity. Human beings can learn whatever they are lacking of in their society–they can find everything from this poem.”
Marjorie S. says, "Yes, Yes . . . tales and pictures to stimulate the hearts and minds of our future leaders of our globe.
As a ventriloquist, teacher, producer, poet and spirit who has learned my lessons from the wee ones, I will support your work and philosophy to the fullest.
Thanks and gratitude, dear hearts." XOXO
Beekeeper Bill: “Timothy, excellent job with your new book!!!
Love the new book ‘Ballad of the Bees’.
Having been a beekeeper all of my adult life (33 years) it is great to find a book that is fun and accurate at the same time.
The author tells the story of how valuable and important the whole bee family is not only for the wonderful products they give us but also as pollinators for so many fruits and vegetables that we enjoy and often take for granted.
This is a book that will help kids build an appreciation, under-standing and awareness for an extremely vital part of nature.”
